30-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of arrival if they don't suit your situation. They need to be unused, in resaleable condition, with original packaging.

Hygiene & Personal Care Items

For health and hygiene reasons, personal care items that have been used (e.g. shower chairs, toileting aids, bedding) can't be returned once opened, unless faulty. This is standard practice for personal care products and keeps every item genuinely new for the next customer.

If Circumstances Change

We understand things around dementia care can shift quickly. If you need to return something because the situation at home has changed, contact us, we'll always try to find a fair solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within a few days with a photo, and we'll fix it at our cost.
